At VLT Athlete, we understand the financial strain many face when balancing fitness and wellness with everyday life. With the average monthly income in the U.S. around $4,500, and essentials like groceries, bills, and housing taking up most of that, there’s often little left for personal health. A personal trainer typically costs $250-$500 per month, group fitness centers charge $150-$300, and nutrition coaching can be over $200 monthly—making high-quality coaching inaccessible for most. That’s why we’ve built an online community platform that delivers the feel of 1:1 coaching at a fraction of the cost. For just $34.99 per month, you get access to daily workout programs, nutrition coaching and resources, accountability, and direct support from VLT coaches—all designed to help you reach your goals whether you have a basic gym membership or just two dumbbells at home.

Once you join VLT Athlete, you'll be invited to our community through our app, where everything you need for your fitness journey is right at your fingertips. In the app, you'll find daily workouts with options for both in-gym and at-home tracks, along with any specialized programs you choose to follow. You can track your progress, access the community chat to connect with fellow members, and have direct conversations with VLT Coaches for personalized guidance and support. Our app makes it easy to stay motivated, connected, and accountable every step of the way.

The VLT Athlete Community gets access to three different daily workout tracks; In-Gym, Home and Hyrbird. Our "in-gym" workout programs are ideal for those with a basic gym membership—like at the YMCA—who might feel overwhelmed or unsure of what to do when they get there. We provide structured, easy-to-follow workouts designed for any gym setup, so you can walk in with confidence and make the most of your time. For those who prefer working out at home, our at-home track requires just two dumbbells and 20 minutes a day. Both options come with demo videos, where VLT coaches guide you through proper form and technique for each day’s exercises, ensuring you stay safe and get results. Our Hybrid Track is a blend of body building, power lifting and endurance training, built for the more experienced athlete with access to a gym. Once clients sign up for VLT Athlete, they receive an email to create their own private login for our Nutrition Resource Portal. Inside, they’ll find a wealth of tools, including sample meal plans, grocery lists, and all of our weekly nutrition drops that have been published by VLT. Additionally, members are invited to join our Nutrition Track in the workout app, where they can chat directly with coaches about anything nutrition-related. The app also features a nutrition community group chat, where members can share their wins, ask for advice, and support one another on their journey to healthier eating.

Members of our VLT community will have exclusive access to our VLT Community Days, hosted at our 1,200 sq. ft. barn gym. These wellness-focused events are all about turning online connections into in-person relationships, creating a supportive and engaged fitness community. Each Community Day will feature a group workout led by VLT coaches, along with access to our saunas, cold plunges, and healthy, delicious meals provided by VLT HQ. These days are designed to strengthen bonds, boost motivation, and celebrate health and wellness together in a fun, energizing environment.

We donate 2% of our quarterly revenue to (MTF) More Than Fitness. MTF is a veteran owned, non-profit benefitting underserved populations in society that provides health and wellness resources. MTF was founded with the mission of providing people with the tools to build strong bodies, resilient minds, and unbreakable spirits. MTF believes that the right coaching of mindfulness, meditation, personal growth, and physical fitness can address the mental and emotional challenges that impact everyone. MTF currently works with veterans, adaptive athletes and populations who are barred financially from health and wellness resources. MTF is located on an 8-acre property on the grounds of a New Castle County park in Delaware. The property includes open green areas, wheelchair accessible in-ground pool, an historic home that has been converted into an office building, two baseball fields, and a 3,000 sq. foot garage that has been converted into a gym. We are honored to have the opportunity to support a non-profit that not only makes our hearts smile, but is on a very similar mission to us in making health and fitness more accessible.

Working with VLT the past few months has been life changing to say the least. There is something so special about working with coaches who genuinely care about you as an individual that makes you want to work hard. Not only for yourself, but for them as well. One of my biggest fears when I started working with VLT was that training was going to start feeling like a job and I would get burnt out. I've had the complete opposite experience! It's fun, challenging, manageable and soooo rewarding. I get excited at the start of every week to look over my program and see what's in store for me and can't wait to get into the gym each day. My biggest takeaway from working with Maddie is the confidence shes given me not only as an athlete, but also in my everyday life. Yes, they are my coaches, but they also feel like my #1 fans and that really makes a difference.

After being diagnosed with Type II Diabetes I decided to start working with VLT athlete to turn my life around. I started VLT in February and have since lost 55lbs and I'm off all of my medication thanks to the help of Maddie and Chris. I was at first nervous being that I'm in my 50s and I wasn't sure if I would be a relatable client, but I was quickly proved wrong. Maddie and Chris are fantastic coaches regardless of your age / experience! Since working with them I now play pickle-ball 6-days a week and just got accepted into a local league! I have been following their beginner Pickle Ball Strength program and it has been awesome! I highly recommend their programs and coaches to anyone!

I can’t thank VLT Athlete enough for all the help they have provided me over the last 5 months. I came to them 3 months before my wedding so I could make sure I looked my absolute best. Maddie and Chris made sure to provide workouts that focused on the areas I needed help with most. My back and arms were my biggest issue because of the style of my dress. On my wedding day I truly felt the best and I know I wouldn’t have gotten there without their help. VLT Athlete was the best thing I could’ve ever done for my body. Now I eat a mostly whole food/clean diet and I feel great. I sleep better, I have way more energy, focus better, and just all around feel wonderful. Now that I’m feeling better and I’m fueling my body with good nutritional foods, I’m able to focus on my next goal. Completing my first triathlon and I hope to one day complete an Ironman. I know with having Maddie and Chris by my side, I’ll be able to do both.

Three (3) reasons you should avoid VLT Athlete (Joking you need to sign up now!) :You’ll learn easy nutrition rules.  Once you’re informed, you’ll know when you are making food choices that might impede your progress…you can’t claim ignorance any longer. You’ll have a team that actually cares about your progress.  This means you can’t skate by putting in partial effort, they will know. You’ll have workouts in front of you. Whether you workout in a gym or at home, you’ll know what needs to be done. No more wondering if you are doing the right thing for your body, no more searching the internet for the latest fad, no more buying books.  Just imagine all the free time you’ll have, how terrible.
